Return & Exchange Policy
We very much hope you like the items you have received. In the event that something doesn't quite fit or you do not like it, not to worry, we are here to help.

Returns can be made up and until 14 days from the date of purchase, assuming the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and upon presenting the original receipt.
We are happy to arrange for the item(s) to be collected from you at a non-refundable cost of 35 ILS or you are welcome to return the items to us in person, by calling or emailing us to arrange a time.
Upon inspection of the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card which was used for payment, please note there is a 5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. If you had your items delivered, this fee will be deducted from the total sum as well.
Once reimbursement has taken place, we will update you via email.
Please note, that there will be no possibility to receive a refund on item(s) purchased via a Giftcard
Exchanges can be made up and until 21 days from the date of purchase, assuming the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and upon presenting the original receipt.
In order to issue an exchange, please purchase your new item via the website and indicate in the comments area (at checkout) that the purchase is an exchange.
We will dispatch your order once the purchase has been made at no cost. Your original purchase will be collected at the same time as delivery and returned under the Return Policy.
You are of course welcome to return and exchange merchandise in person, by calling or emailing us to set up a time.
